Initial visit to access needs was spot on. Did not attempt to sell more product than necessary. Plumber installed gas line to generator and electricians were helpful with their suggestions as to what should be connected. All permits and inspection appointments were handled by Midwest. The generator provides peace of mind as we live in a community where power outages are common.

I seldom give testimonials, but in the case of Midwest Energy Solutions, Inc., I think they deserve a ringing endorsement for their customer service and generator upkeep. In the midst of the worst winter in Wisconsin history, their representative rang my doorbell on a snowy day to do preventative maintenance on my Generac generator. The procedure took over an hour on a freezing day and he began and ended with a smile. I was very impressed with the company and the employee’s dedication and recommend them highly.
